Currently working at the ‘Metabolism Exploration Platform’ (PFEM), I am involved in routine MS-based untargeted metabolomic analyses as data analyst and/or data treatment supervisor. I also develop Galaxy tools and workflows for my team’s internal data analysis procedures, having my heart set on making theses tools also available to the Metabolomics’ community.
Convinced that nice things and knowledge should be widely shared, I try to keep spending some time providing training and feedback insofar as my skills and schedule enable me to do so.
