Engineer in chemical ecology

I am involved in metabolomic projects (from sample collection to statistics) since the begining of my carreer and specialized in mass spectrometry. I had the chance to work on many differents matrices (from biofluids to bees, oysters, and now plants) this is one of the strenght of mass spectrometry & metabolomics approaches, so versatiles ! Engineer in chemical ecology at INRAE (Rennes), I am now trying to decipher metabolic interactions in the tryptic plant – pathogen – microbiota !

Education

Master degree in Analytical Chemistry in 2009

Experience

ONIRIS - LABERCA in Nantes. Development of metabolomics workflows based on LC-HRMS (2009-2014).

INRAE – UR1264 – MycSA in Bordeaux. Responsible of the analytical plateform of the laboratory, development of metabolomic approaches to decipher the determinism of fusarium’s mycotoxins contamination in cereales. (2014-2021).

INRAE – UR1349 – IGEPP in Rennes. Engineer in chemical ecology. Metabolomics to decipher the “chemical dialog” in the soil between plants, pathogens & microbiota.
